When you email, call, or book a consultation, we receive the contact and business information you choose to provide. We may also process limited technical and aggregate usage information needed to secure the website and understand how its public pages are used.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare conversations, assess project fit, improve the public website, and manage a potential or active engagement. We do not sell personal information.
Call scheduling
When you book a call on our website, we use your name, email address, selected time, time zone, notes, and any plans you attach to arrange the conversation. Our scheduling service checks Google Calendar availability and stores your booking details and attached plans in a private studio reservation. We use Resend to send separate confirmation emails and calendar invitations to you and the studio. Video meeting details are supplied separately when needed. Calendar credentials and other people's event details are not sent to your browser. To change or cancel a call, email contact@amanahstudios.com.
Service providers
Hosting, scheduling, analytics, email, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf where it is necessary to operate the marketing website or communicate with you.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry and engagement information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided and for applicable business or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@amanahstudios.com.
